What the statuses mean
- Paid - we have your order and are preparing your piece (typically 1-2 business days).
- Dispatched - your parcel is on its way. You'll receive a tracking link by email.
- Delivered - your courier has confirmed delivery.
A tracking link is emailed at dispatch. If you can't find that email, check spam, or use the form above.
