Frequently asked
Is your jadeite really Grade A?
Yes - 100% genuine, natural, untreated Grade A jadeite, every single piece. Some lower-priced pieces are sold without a paper certificate to keep the price down, but that never changes what the stone is. You are always free to have any piece tested at an independent gemological lab, backed by our authenticity guarantee.
Why does my piece have lines or cloudy patches?
That's exactly what natural jadeite looks like. Fine stone lines (石纹), soft cotton clouds (棉), and tiny grain structure are nature's signature - and proof your piece isn't dyed or treated. We describe the inclusions on every product page and photograph them honestly. See the Authenticity page for more on what to expect.
Why are some pieces so much cheaper than other jadeite shops?
Two reasons: we set our stones in sterling or plated silver rather than 18k gold, and we sell directly without a boutique markup. You're paying for the jadeite, not the metal or the middleman.
What's the difference between Burma and Guatemala jadeite?
Both are genuine Grade A. Burmese (Myanmar) jadeite is the classic source, known for vivid imperial greens and lavender. Guatemalan jadeite leans toward deeper forest and blue-greens and is often more affordable for the same quality. We list the origin on every piece.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide from Malaysia via tracked UPS, FedEx, or Aramex, depending on destination. See the rate and timing table on the Shipping page.
Can I see a piece before buying?
We don't have a showroom, but we're happy to send you a short video of any piece in natural light. Just email us the piece reference and we'll film it for you.
