Jadeite is a natural material and no two pieces are alike. Photographs are taken under natural daylight and represent the piece faithfully, but minor variations between screen colours and the actual stone are normal, as are natural inclusions.

Prices are listed in US dollars. We show approximate local-currency conversions for convenience, but your card is charged in USD; your bank converts at the prevailing rate. Where a piece is marked down, the discounted price shown at checkout is the price you are charged. Discounts apply only while shown and are not applied retroactively to past orders.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns, as each piece is one of one and ships internationally from Malaysia. We do guarantee authenticity for life, and loss or damage in transit is covered under our returns terms. See the Shipping & Returns page for the complete policy.

Every piece is 100% genuine, natural, untreated Grade A jadeite. If a piece bought from us is tested by an independent, accredited gemological laboratory (for example GIA, GIT, or another nationally recognised gem lab) and the report identifies it as anything other than natural, untreated Grade A jadeite, send us the original report and your order details and return the piece to us. Once we have verified the report and confirmed it is the piece we sold you, we refund you in full. This guarantee is for the original purchaser and the specific piece purchased from us, and there is no time limit.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the price you paid for the piece. We do not exclude liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is heard by the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
